We exist to exalt Christ in the Kingdom of God, our local community, and the world through joyful satisfaction in Him. We value gospel centrality & Word and Spirit. We are a diverse spiritual family of commissioned disciples, passionate worshippers, and heartfelt lovers of God and one another.

We believe, practice, and are committed to the foundational truth and purpose for the church as revealed in the Word of God. That God has given gifted leaders in the local church so that the saints would be equipped “for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ” (Eph. 4:12). The ultimate aim or goal of all such ministry is to enable believers to “attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ” (Eph. 4:13). The same truth is stated in his letter to the church in Colossae. “Him [Christ Jesus] we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ. For this I toil, struggling with all his energy that he powerfully works within me” (Col. 1:28-29).

The primary means by which we pursue this truth and purpose of maturity in Christ Jesus is attained through belief, commitment, and practice of the Word of God and accept and submission to the leading of the Spirit of God. Through these means we experience the transforming work of Christ Jesus in our Christian growth, witness of Jesus, and worship of the living God.

The visionary details of TPC will take in different forms as we move forward in our purpose, but will always remain grounded in and shaped by what is necessary and beneficial for all individuals at TPC to continue ever more maturing in Christ as a result of their ever-increasing knowledge of God’s Word and experience of God’s Spirit.
